3. Payments
Payment terms are specified in individual proposals. Late payments may attract interest as per applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
All deliverables become the client property upon full payment. Cycoras retains the right to use anonymised case studies for marketing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Fees for completed work are non-refundable.
